I wrote this (slightly adjusted) email to my Beloved daughter today.
I then thought this would be useful to anyone else willing to invest time to having a more Peaceful and Joyful Life. This is what I’ve done in my life.
I later remembered the most important lesson of your ‘I don’t feel valued at work’ story. I am surprised it hasn’t happened in your relationship with X (her fiance), which is a blessing, as that’s where this scenario normally arises.
Telling your boss that she doesn’t value you will not really help long term.
More IMPORTANT : getting another job will bring the same results: another employer that doesn’t value you.
Because your experience in these matters is not big you may think this is bullshit.
You can try it if you like: get another job. Sooner or later the same thing will happen.
This is a programming from child-hood. It’s a Karmic tie, meaning THIS IS YOUR LESSON TO OVERCOME!
There are 2 ways that I use to deal with this sort of thing, so it changes for ever or reduces in intensity.
One is the easy but slower way: remember to use an affirmation with a tune (this is a chant, and keeps your mind and emotions positive). Sing ‘I am enough’ or ‘I am well’ or ‘I am Calm’ as the need may be. Do your best to connect with the FEELINGS OF BEING WORTHY, CALM or JOY as you sing. Often your mind will be distracted with other things and the chant will still be going on in the background of your mind-if you’ve disciplined it to keep to the chant. When you remember the chant going on in the back of your mind, you RECONNECT to the FEELING of what it is you need to change. In this case ‘I am enough’ or ‘I am worthy’ etc using both words and FEELINGS whilst chanting. Feelings are much more powerful medicine for transformation.
Basically you ‘FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT! I’ve told you this stuff before . However now you are ready to listen and do it, or the problem will recur!
That’s the easy but slow way.
Of course for most people this is not easy. It requires much discipline to keep your mind and feelings in one direction using chant. You chant internally when you’re with others, say at work. At home it’s more powerful to sing aloud – it enters and reverberates in your cells.This method, just like the one below helps to train your mind to focus in one direction. When you are on the computer or watching a film, you’ll be focused on what you are doing, not thinking of 10,000 things as most people do.
The QUICKER WAY is to CONNECT WITH THE PHYSICAL PAIN ( IF IT’S A STRONG EMOTION) or the subtle sensation in your body ( like tingling) where ever it happens eg. In your gut or Solar plexus area when you’re triggered by an emotion.
You keep YOUR AWARENESS ON THAT PHYSICAL PAIN OR SUBTLE SENSATION WHILST DOING YOUR NORMAL WORK. This is the similar but more powerful than Mindfulness, the popular word these days.
That pain will eventually go. Each time you do this those emotions will have less power over you. You won’t be so easily emotionally triggered by other peoples opinions.
This is dealing with the ROOT EMOTIONAL BLOCK.
The usual way most people deal with it is to go on a spending spree or get drunk or get high on drugs to TRY and escape from those inadequate or angry feelings. That way temporarily works but you pay a BIG Price – loss of money, job, tiredness etc.
This is more powerful than the chant to dissolve the emotional disturbance. FOR MOST PEOPLE THIS IS MORE DIFFICULT TO PRACTICE.
Instead most people PROJECT IT AND BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR THEIR INADEQUATE FEELINGS, ANGER, IRRITATION etc.
This is the ‘normal’ way of the world, and you can understand why it creates such a mess.
PLEASE REMEMBER THESE ARE ESOTERIC OR OCCULT TEACHINGS.
They are not taught by society at large. It’s easier to go to war and have arguments. This is what the media promote.
I’ve used these ways for over 30 years. It gets easier to do, the more you practice.
My life is mostly Peaceful and Joyful. When it isn’t I resort to these methods to heal myself.

It is the most safe and FAST WAY TO DISSOLVE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL PAIN.
Most people suppress that pain. They then get a ‘dis-ease’ or being out of ease.
It is the FASTEST way to Peace and Joy, the rarest qualities on this beautiful planet.
